Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept direct deposits into our bank account. Or cash – only when it is handed in person to our sales team and arranged prior.
Note: All prices quoted on this website exclude shipping, a credit/ debit card fee (where it applies) and VAT. Any applicable carriage and VAT is payable by the customer in addition to the price.
Q: How long will my order take to dispatch and be delivered?
A: We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. If there is going to be any delay, we will call you to advise the amended time of delivery and any back-order requirements.
Note: Depending on how far you are located from Athens city, it may take 1 to 5 business days to arrive at your given destination and choice of freight carrier.
Q: Can I reduce my delivery fee?
A: Yes. Orders can be collected from our headquarters: Lisikratous 88, Kalithea, Athens 176 74 Greece.
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and packing. We will advise you when it is ready for collection.
Q: Can I send my own courier to collect?
A: Absolutely, just let us know the approximate collection time and we will have your order ready.
Q: Can I get samples before I buy?
A: Yes, depending on the samples required, there is a minimum charge that will include a postage.
Q: What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
A: That’s ok. Simply let us know where your order can be left if you are not available at the time.
Note: should you not be available at the time of delivery and the courier needs to redeliver your order, you will be charged additional delivery fees.
Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We deliver our products to anywhere in Greece, however depending on your area/postcode we may need to provide a customised quote.
Q: Can only hotels and motels order products from your site?
A: Not at all. “ArtCool” service all facets of the accommodation and restaurant industry, including serviced apartments, resorts, retreats and spa’s, airbnb hosts, b&b’s, and even yachts.
